More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund. 15–30 days: 50%. Under 15 days: no refund, because hotels and transport are already paid on your behalf. Non-refundable air tickets, visa fees and peak-season hotel blocks are excluded from all slabs. The exact slab for your trip is written into your confirmation email before you pay anything.

Yes, and it is planned before you fly — not requested at the counter. We pre-book Indian and Jain restaurants, arrange in-room breakfast where hotel buffets have no safe option, and carry a written no-onion-no-garlic brief for the local team. Thailand, Bali, Dubai and Singapore are straightforward. Europe and Japan need more planning, and we will tell you honestly which days will be difficult.

We help, but we do not promise outcomes. If you were refused earlier, we go through the refusal letter, fix what is fixable — weak financials, unclear travel history, a poorly written cover letter — and advise you honestly on the odds. Some profiles are genuinely weak, and in those cases we say so instead of taking the fee.
